James about horses in morn:, give cutter harness 2 nd coat of oil, waggon harness 2 nd coat of Frank Miller, then varnish the former; Muldoon about horses, thrash peas; Griffin saw &split wood, to the Brewery with hand-sleigh, fill steam-box; George about cattle, pigs &e, split wood, help get tatoes for pigs & about sundries___ Self a little better__

21 Monday. James about horses in morn:, help butcher cow & 4 pigs__ Muldoon about horses in morn:, help do_ do_ do_ do; Griffin butchering; George about cattle, pigs &e, steam & mix tatoes, pull wool___ Self about sundries, file meat-saw___

22 Tuesday. James about horses in morn:, about sundries & wash out barn till dinner, about sundries again & salt beef__ Muldoon about horses in morn:, thrash peas__ Griffin about sundries till dinner, help weigh & cut up beef, George about cattle, pigs &e, fill steam-box & saw wood_ Self look about till dinner, then weigh & cut up beef__

23 Wednesday. James about horses in morn:, give carriage harness two coats oil; Muldoon about horses in morn:, wash out 3 pork barrels, sort over tatoes in Old cellar, saw wood__ Griffin at sundries in morn:, help weigh, cut up & salt pork; George about cattle, pigs &e, wash harness, saw some wood__ Self cut up pork & put away by dinner, then look about___

24 Thursday. James about horses in morn:, give carriage harness a 3 d coat oil, saw hardwood & about sundries; Muldoon about horses in morn:, clean up peas & draw them down, saw & split wood; Griffin at sundries in morn:, help at peas till dinner, then off home; George about cattle, pigs &e, steam & mix tatoes & at sundries__ Self to the forge & back by 2 o'C, got dinner & packed some meat_

25 Friday. James & Muldoon about horses in morn: & even g ; Griffin at home__ George about cattle, pigs &e__ Children $2 to give Bessy__

James about horses in morn:, varnish carriage harness, oil plough & cart harness; Muldoon about horses in morn:, saw wood & about sundries; Griffin at home__ George about cattle, pigs &e, boil a pot tatoes, wash harness. Self fasten up Old cellar door, repair 2 ham tubs with old hoops.

James about horses in morn:, fill up drain & saw hardwood till dinner, cut a new water hole & bush it, bring the soft-water; then to Brewery; Griffin at home_ Muldoon about horses in morn:, cut a water hole in little dam, shovel snow from both back-doors, saw & split wood; George about cattle &e, boil a pot tatoes & about sundries__
