2 Tuesday. James about horses in morn:, draw in loads hardwood, help give the colt a drive in even g ; Muldoon about horses in morn:, fall & X-cut 14 logs; Tooly saw wood in morn:, help at the logs; Griffin thrash wheat for a while after breakfast, then to M r Smith's to kill a cow; George about cattle &e, wheel snow from back-door, clean out hen-house, saw a little soft-wood__ Self about a few jobs, drive colt in even g

3 Wednesday. James about horses in morn:, shovel road to miill-yard, shift sleigh-pole, draw in 12 logs in 5 trips, then about sundries_ Muldoon about horses in morn:, lay up 17 logs; Tooly saw wood in morn:, help lay up logs; Griffin thrash wheat; George about cattle &e, split wood___ Self to Bennings, Edwards' Rob ts , & Berry's till dinner, then took Kate to Anna's & came up to the post_

4 Thursday. James about horses in morn:, help clean up &e wheat till dinner, draw 2 loads straw & 1 load hay to Cow-loft, then help out with the colt; Muldoon & Tooly at sundries in morn:, fall & X-cut 17 logs; Griffin clean & measure up wheat till dinner, help weigh straw & hay & at sundries; George about cattle &e____ Self to Rob ts till 11 o'C, clean nursery stove-pipe by dinner, took Kate to Edward's_____

5 Friday. James about horses in morn:, draw in 20 logs__ Muldoon about do_ do_ do; laid up 19 logs, 2 of 'em cut to day; Tooly saw wood in morn:, cut roads &e__ Griffin thrash wheat; George about cattle &e, boil 2 pots tatoes, Self to Aylmer & back by dinner, then took Con: & Kate to Luton__

6 Saturday. James about horses in morn:, to Aylmer with Self till a late dinner, then weigh flour & about sundries__ Muldoon about horses in morn:, fall & X-cut logs__ Tooly saw wood in morn:, help at logs; Griffin thrash wheat; George about cattle &e,____ Self to Aylmer trying to sell the colt, got back to 1½ o'C dinner, weigh flour, measure oats, burn lampas in Poll, went to Rob ts for Ham_

7 Sunday. Church P.M. Self took Mary to Anna's before dinner, took Kate to see her Mother in even g __
