till 5 o'C, draw in 2 drags dry pine &
one load birch poles for fence at river;
Tooley weed turnips till 10 o'C, fall a dry
pine & some birch poles & cut a road to ‘em
by 5 o'C, at turnips again; Jackson & Griffin
weed g turnips & pull some mustard out
of wheat; George at sundries_____

29 Thursday. Tom to Ottawa via Aylmer in Berry's
boat, got back about noon, hoe tatoes,
