a lamb in morn:, sawed some wood, off
home by the Boat; George at sundries in morn:,
home till dinner, then about sundries & saw wood__
Self to the wharf with buggy to meet Ham:,
at sundries till 11½ o'C, to Berry's with waggon
to borrow his stage till dinner, then to the
Parsonage with Bessy, Mary, Constance, Arab,
Hamnett, Horace & Ham Hill________

2 Sunday. Church A.M. John & W m Egan came
from Aylmer for the D r before breakfast___

3 Monday. Tom weed turnips till 11 o'C, at sundries
till dinner, hoe tatoes: Jackson weed turnips
till 11 o'C, at sundries for a start, then plough &
hoe tatoes; Tooley not here; Griffin not here;__
George at sundries in garden & about house___
Self about sundries till noon, take Ham &
family & servant; also, Mary, Arab & Horace in
the stage to the wharf, remain d there 2 or 3 hours___

4 Tuesday. Tom & Tooley help ring little pigs in morn:, then hoe tatoes; Jackson plough tatoes till
near 6 o'C, then hoe; Griffin at home; George
about sundries in morn:, then home with sore
thumb, came & churned & about cows &e_____ Self ring little pigs in morn:, then to S o March
with Spring & Doll,

5 Wednesday. Tom & Tooley hoe tatoes till near 4 o'C, then weed carrots; Jackson plough & hoe
tatoes till near 4 o'C, weed carrots, Griffin
at home; George at home, about cows &e in

6 Thursday. Tom, Tooley & Jackson weed & hoe carrots till about 5 o'C, then at turnips;

7 Friday. Tom & Tooley weed turnips till
dinner, then cut & draw in dry pine;
Jackson weed turnips & dig head- John
-ridge; Griffin returned; drunk; Do_
